Shipping policy

Our products are shipped to Romania using FAN Courier, as for the rest of the world via DHL. The shipping lasts between 1 and 3 working days for Romania, and 5-9 days for the rest of the world.

The national shipping fee for Romania is fixed and it is 3 euro, to any FAN Courier office in the country.

The shipping cost is added in the checkout and is calculated automatically, depending on the country of destination.

The products will be carefully packaged and shipped in cardboard boxes and special shipping packaging.

The shipment will be made to the address you specified in your account details and in the order form. Since all the orders are shipped between 8 am and 5 pm, please specify an address to which it can be shipped during this time period.

All the products are sent from our shop in Bucharest, Romania, Strada Astronomului 3. All the parcels include invoices.

If you want to change the shipping address after you have already placed the order, please contact us at support@infsd.com.

If you would like to change your delivery time, please request it by contacting us and we will be happy to assist you.

If you are unavailable to receive your order in the arranged location on the same day, we will contact you and attempt to redeliver. If we are unable to redeliver, the order will be returned to the boutique and you will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

If you want to cancel the order by yourself, you can do so from the order page within 30 minutes after the purchase. If you are not able to cancel the order, you will have a 1-2 hour window for a cancellation request, which means that you will have to send us an e-mail within 1-2 hours after placing the order. After that, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you may return it.
